1. India has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Madhya Pradesh Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program – Tranche 1 and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract named above. 2. The Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. (MPPKVVCL) , Jabalpur now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following: Bid Identification No.: (i) MPPKVVCL/FSP/F-13 (Separation of 11kV Feeder) Supply of materials, survey, consumer indexing, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11kV feeders under Feeder Separation program, installation of distribution transformers and associated L.T. works for separation of domestic and agricultural consumers in rural areas against Bid Identification No MPPKVVCL/FSP/F-13 of the following districts of balance portion of original contract which have been terminated on default of the Contractor at risk and cost basis of 11KV Feeder Separation Project: Package No.

Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.25,000 or US$400 for EACH LOT by demand draft or banker's cheque payable to RAO, JC, MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur (MP) India The Bidders may submit their proposal with downloaded Bid document along with Tender fee up to due date and time. Bidders may please note that hard copy of Bid Document will not be sold.
6. A pre-bid conference will be held at 15:00 hours on 14 March 2016 for all two packages at Banquet Hall, Shakti Bhawan, Rampur, Jabalpur. 7.
Bidders must deliver their bids:

8. Bids will be opened at 2.00 PM IST on 11 April 2016 for all packages in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address above. Late bids will be rejected. 9. MPPKVVCL will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the delivery or preparation of bids.
