‫يم‬ ِ ‫س ِم ه‬ ْ ِ‫ب‬ ‫الرحْ َٰم ِن ه‬ ‫َّللا ه‬ ِ ‫الر ِح‬ In the Name of Allâh, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

“Look at those …” Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger

[ ‫ رضى هللا تعالى عنه‬, may Allah be pleased with him ]: [ ‫ صلى هللا عليه و سلم‬,

may Allah exalt his mention and render him and his message safe from every derogatory thing ]

as saying: "Look at those who stand at a lower level than you but don't look at those who stand at a higher level than you, for this would make the favours (conferred upon you by Allaah) insignificant (in your eyes). Abu Mu'awiya said: Upon you." Recorded in Saheeh Muslim.
