  Class Directions: Ask yourself, “What do I want my future life to be like?”  Now, create a collage that answers this  question. Your collage should include the following:   Your name   Descriptive elements: Pictures, graphics, quotes, poems, stories, drawings, and any other item that  describes what you want your life be like   Questions: Your collage should answer the following questions:  o What are five items or activities that you enjoy and label which areas of well‐being are  affected?  o What are five of your values?  o What are five major purchases you would like to make in the future?  o What is one short‐term SMART goal you would like to reach?  o What is one long‐term SMART goal you would like to reach?    After your collage is complete, write a short description to accompany your collage that answers the  question, “What are three things you could do right now to help you achieve the future life outlined in your  collage?” Your collage and description will be graded using the following rubric:
