Library customers asked to complete customer service survey By Tammy Wilson Public Information Officer Catawba County Library System

NEWTON— Catawba County Library System will offer customers the opportunity to voice their opinions on a library survey this month. Customers may fill out paper surveys to let staff know how well they’re doing. The responses will help staff gauge how well they’re serving the public and help identify ways library service might be expanded or improved. The surveys are available at each of the seven library locations: Newton, Conover, Claremont, Maiden, St. Stephens, Sherrills Ford and Southwest. The forms are also accessible on the library website, www.catawbacountync.gov/library/ Surveys can be filled out during any visit to the library, including one of the upcoming events planned during February.
