Subject: Region Policy Re: Region Activity / Sectional Activity Application Procedure (E1).

Over the past months I have found it necessary to write the attached policies to 1) install a standard and 2) a safe guard for our Leaders and Youth Members. As you will find as you read these policies that we have made a commitment to you to meet some goals e.g. E1 will be on the Web Site 3 months prior to the event. In return I will expect in return that the closing dates listed will be adhered to by you, as you will see the closing date is just that, the closing date. You will also find as you read these policies as to when Parent Helpers will require to, submit an E1 form along with a M5 or they will require to be a Registered Parent Helper with a current WWCC. These policies have been reviewed and approved by the NSW Branch Legal Dept. Please Note: The Region Office hours of operation are 8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday unless notified of any change. If you find the Region Office closed for any reason please place any applications in the locked Mail Box at the front of the office yard. These Policies will become active as from 1st March 2016.
