James Cattermole is a highly accomplished Business Analyst and joins Keegan Consulting Group as our Principal Business Analyst. James brings with him a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors and is able to draw on his substantial track record in process improvement, business transition to cloud-based computing systems procedural documentation, account reconciliation and Finance. As an experienced project manager, James has managed a variety of projects in a range of differing industries. Most notably he successfully managed an electrical construction project up to the value of $2.5 million and successfully transitioned a business to cloud-based contracting system. James is highly regarded in the finance sector for his approach to simplified accounting practice to achieve accounting standards through effective and simplified process improvement and, new technology. A strong customer relationship ethos and a strong stakeholder engagement approach working with all levels of management through to the end user, bringing about achievements and outcomes to best meet needs and requirements of the business.
