Chair John McClure called the meeting to order. All members of the Board and Director Jack Parton were present. Motion by Mike Oakley, second by Mark Strange, approving the minutes. Carried 5-0. The Board was given a list of the teachers not rehired. No action required. Motion by Charles Temple, second by Becky Barnes, extending the Director’s contract for another year. Carried 5-0. Motion by Mark Strange, second by Charles Temple, approving, budget amendments. Carried 50. Motion by Charles Temple, second by Becky Barnes, approving the budget for 2014-15. Carried 5-0. Motion by Mark Strange, second by Becky Barnes approving policy changes. Carried 5-0. Motion by Becky Barnes, Second by Charles Temple, approving use of schools. Carried 5-0.
