If you were not in attendance and have not picked up your awards, please see Coach Nolting. At minimum, all team members receive a participation certificate from the athletic department. I still have some individual/team pictures to be picked up and a handful of team members (Durr, Philpot, Secrest, Taylor) are yet to turn in their uniform. WEBSITE UPDATED Our team website has been updated. The “Season Stat Book” tab has links to the 2017 season stat book. This document is nearly 340 pages of meet results and other data pertaining to the history of the program. All of the records, top 10 lists, honor roll, and photo/video tabs on the website have been updated to include information and data from this past season. I am currently working on a project to hunt down as much historical data as I can find to create top 10 lists/records for all indoor track & field performances in program history.

SUMMER WORKOUTS We just wrapped up our 4th week of all student-athlete summer weight & speed development workouts. All track & field athletes are strongly encouraged to attend these workouts. Weight workouts take place on Mondays/Fridays at 6 or 7am in the high school fitness center. Speed workouts are Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6 or 7am at the stadium followed by weights in the high school fitness center. Coach Owens has cross country preseason workouts on Mondays/Tuesdays/Fridays at 6pm for all distance runners looking to improve over the summer.
10th-12th Grade Orientation @ the HS August 18 Black & Gold Night @ SEP Stadium August 23 First Day of the 2017-2018 School Year
I would advise all track & field athletes to enroll in a weights or fitness center PE class the first and second semester of the upcoming school year. Getting stronger, faster, and training to reduce injuries will greatly benefit all track & field athletes.
