Notes: 1. All activities at the center need to be coordinated with the rest of the events and sponsored by the Committee Chair and a board member for successful execution of the event. Bring any proposal for board’s approval 4 weeks in advance. 2. Maintain and treat JSNT facility like your home - turn off lights/fans, make sure all the doors are locked properly and main gate closed when leaving the facility if you are the last one to leave the center, put garbage in garbage bins only and park only in designated areas and NEVER in ‘No Parking’ or fire lanes marked in Red on curbs. Both Varniji Bhavan and temples need to be locked securely. 3. Security cameras are in place to monitor the facility. However, they are not meant for 24x7 real-time security so please use your judgment appropriately. 4. The food should be consumed ONLY in the dining area. Please refrain from bringing any food items upstairs in Varniji Bhavan or in Pathshala classrooms. 5. Please put your shoes in the designated area to maintain the dignity of our facility. 6. The use of JSNT facility is for Jain religious activities only. All the activities have to be preplanned 4 weeks in advance and communicated to JSNT board. Also, all approved activities are open to all JSNT members.
