(α for Aluminium = 25 × 10-6/oC) 11.∗A bullet moving with a speed of 150m/s strikes a tree and penetrate 305 cm before stopping. What is the magnitude of its retardation in the tree and the time taken for it to stop after striking the tree? 12. A particle is projected from the ground with some initial velocity making an angle of 45o with the horizontal. It reaches a height of 7.5m above the ground while it travels a horizontal distance of 10m from the point of projection. Find initial speed of projection? (g= 10m/s2)
