PURPOSE OF ROLE Responsible for conceptualization of display ideas, designing displays, planning and implementation of display plans across all stores

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES o o o o o o o o

Implement inventive methods and creativeness in order to better sales. Hire, train & manage a creative and highly productive Visual Merchandising and Promotions. Develop and maintain department capital budgets, department-expensed budgets and product vendor co-op budgets. Negotiate price and assess value engineering regarding visual and promotional projects. Manage the testing and evaluation of stores interior programs, merchandising techniques, and project timelines. Direct the development, training, and execution of visual and promotional strategies to ensure solid execution of custom merchandising and promotional rollouts. Direct the development and maintenance of a comprehensive store concept database. Guide & train the RVM's (Regional Visual Merchandisers) to manage displays. Closely work with the projects, merchandising, designers, operations & the marketing team to ensure consistency across the category, brand, product.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training

PG [ Preference for Bachelors in Fine Arts / NIFT]

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training

MBA/Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing)

Specific / Relevant Experience & Industry

Retail Exposure of 4-5Yrs is preferred. Work Experience of 7-9 yrs is the Mandate
