JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Program Executive REPORT TO: Program Manager MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: As a key team player for AmCham Vietnam HCMC, you’re responsible for Committee support and related economic development (including trade and investment promotion), CSR Programs, general administration (intern recruitment, event assistance…) and communications with members and guests. Coordinates with AmCham Scholarship Management Team 2015, including sub-teams such as Process Team, Sponsor Team, Event Team, PR Team, and Creative Team Acts as lead coordinator for AmCham Scholarship, AmCham - II-VI Scholarship Foundation and AmCham Women in Engineering Scholarship Support Program Manager in CSR Working Group programs: World Blood Donor Day, Community Day, and others Assist Program Manager in AmCham Committees: HR, Direct Selling, Food & Beverages, Manufacturing, and others
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in social sciences, economics, marketing, business administration, sales & marketing or other similar related field is required At least one-year experience in project management, volunteer management, event management or equivalent duties Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to details Microsoft Office competencies: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
