Tasks & Responsibilities: Under supervision of the Base/Program Manager, the CFW Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the following duties/responsibilities in capital base:

The employee must perform the tasks described in his/her terms of references independently with competence The employee should ensure overall supervision of timely, appropriate and quality implementation of the Cash for training activities Plan, train, implement, monitor the CFT activities and trouble shoot the issues as arises. Facilitate and handhold the team as per need To have regular visit at project sites, ensuring adherence of sphere standards throughout project life To have an umbrella supervision of assessment and distribution, ensuring reach out to the most vulnerable communities related to FSL and engage them in CFT To orient community on CFT modalities and activities To make sure that implementation plan is realistically made for CfT activities and when needed revise it accordingly To ensure project documentation are in accordance with organizational requirement. Further project envisage donor compliance To assist in designing post distribution monitoring procedures and implement it accordingly To compile and update weekly distribution records To ensure the collection of assessment and distribution data, verification and analysis and final compilation of all the data To coordinate and train the field team for the quality data collection and consolidation To assist in the compilation of different reports i.e. project progress report, and the donor reports (help in meeting the reporting deadlines) To ensure the payment of the Cash for Trainings beneficiaries To liaise with WFP at field level and financial service providers for preparation of cash disbursement To supervise the performance of cash for work/cash for trainings beneficiaries Any other task assigned by the line Manager

Compétences Required:        

Master Degree in Social Sciences from a HEC recognized university; with minimum four years experience in FSL program Excellent Computer skills with Microsoft Word/ Excel Fluent in Urdu and Sindhi, speaking skills in Dhatki will be a plus Excellent communication and basic report writing skills Ability to organize work schedule on regular basis and flexibility; discrete and respectful to confidentiality The person must be tolerant and sensitive to needs of religious and ethnic minorities, women and the poor. Good Team player and motivated to work in remote and uncertain environment respecting standard operating procedures as devised and instructed. At least 40 hours each week, with the ability to work on weekend and holidays when necessary, and travel throughout country when needed.
