iOS Self-Enrollment The following guide will walk you through enrolling your iOS device with MaaS360. Before you begin, please ensure you meet the following Pre-Installation requirements: You must have an Apple iTunes account so that you can download the MaaS360 for iOS application. The following website describes how to create an iTunes account without a credit card: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534 Your device must be on software version 4.3 or higher. To check go to Settings > General > About > Version. If you do not meet this requirement you will need to connect your iOS device to the computer with iTunes installed and perform an upgrade of the operating system. If your device cannot be upgraded to iOS version 4.3 or higher, you will need to upgrade your device to a newer model (i.e iPhone 4 or higher). Delete the MaaS360 Application

Locate the MaaS360 App

Touch and Hold your finger on the MaaS360 app until it starts to wiggle, touch the X located in the upper left corner of the MaaS360 app icon.

Step 2: Accept the Terms Select the box next to “I have read and accept the Terms” Select Continue

Step 3: Install MDM Profile Select Continue

Select Install Note: If your phone already has a code used to unlock your device, you may be asked to enter it before you can continue with the install.

Select Install Now

If you have a lock code set on your device you will be prompted to enter it.

Step 4: Install Maas360 App for iOS Select Install

Wait for the App Installation Dialog Box to appear (may take up to 1 minute) and select Install

Enter your iTunes Password and Select OK MaaS360 automatically be downloaded and installed

Open the Mail App

Decide if you want to allow MaaS360 to use your current location.
