Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". . .

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Cebu Normal University and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during weekdays at 8: 30 A.M to 5: 30 P.M A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 22 to November 10, 2014 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of C211e. Thousand Pesos (Phpl,OOO.OO).

The Cebu Normal University will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 28, 2014 at 2:00 P.M at the Records Section, Room 205 2nd Floor Administration Building, Cebu Normal University, Osmefia Boulevard, Cebu City, which shall beopen only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Two O'clock in the cfternoon of November II, 2014. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms. Bid opening shall be on November 11, 2014, 2:00 P.M at the Records Section, Room 205 2"d Floor Administration Building, Cebu Normal University, Osmefia Boulevard, Cebu City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
