1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) through the Government of India (GoI) has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Visakhapatnam – Chennai Industrial Corridor Development Program – Project 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 2. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (APIIC), an undertaking of GoAP, (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Design, Supply, Construct, Install, Test, Commission, Operate and Maintain the facilities under 1 MLD CETP at Multiproduct SEZ Naidupeta in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. 3. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the bidding document. 4.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English, are available for download from the Employer’s website at http://www.apiic.in/. Interested bidders can download the document and participate in bidding procedure in between 7 June and 24 July 2017. 6.

Deliver bids:  

to the address in Para.4 above on or before the deadline: 24 July 2017, 15:00 hrs. (local time)

together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Bidders, along with Technical proposal, are required to submit cost of bidding document (a non-refundable fee) of Rs.17,175 (towards cost of Bid document Rs. 15,000/- & sales tax (VAT) @ 14.5 % Rs. 2175 /-) in favour of APIIC payable at Vijayawada

Bids will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. 7. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22 June 2017 at 11.00 hrs. at the Office of The Chief Engineer I (at the address provided above) to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as stated in ITB 7.4 of ‘Instructions to Bidders’ of the bidding document.
