1. The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Building Climate Resilience in the Pyanj River Basin Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 2. The Agency on Land Reclamation and Irrigation (“the Employer”) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the completion of works on Cleaning of collector-drainage network and bank protection works in Pyanj River, Zong Village Ishkoshim District, Tusiyon Jamoat, Roshtkala District, Trich Village Ishkoshim District, Ishkoshim-Vrang in Vrang Jamoat, Ishkoshim District (“the Works”). 3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s SingleStage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: 

Construction experience in: o Excavations over 20,000 m3 o Concrete works over 200 m3 o Laying of plastic pipes 500 m o Cleaning of river bed 2,000 m. o Laying of gabions 8,000 m3 o large size stone 15,000 m3



Financial requirements: o 3 years current soundness and positive net worth in the last year o Average annual construction turnover of USD 767,000.00 within the last 3 years



Participated in 2 contracts in the last 5 years with a participation of USD $470,000.00
