India has applied for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Orissa Integrated Irrigated Agriculture and Water Management Investment Program - Project 2. Part of the loan proceeds will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

Pay for each package, a non-refundable fee of INR 10,500/- (including 5% VAT) by Bank Draft in favour of Executive Engineer Pattamundai Canal Division, Kendrapara (for S.l. No.1 & 2), Executive Engineer, Machhagaon Canal Division, Kaijanga, Jagatsinghpur (for S.l. No. 3 & 4); Executive Engineer MCII Division, Manijanga, Jagatsinghpur (for S.l. No .5 & 6), Executive Engineer, Medium Project ADB Division, Ramial, Kamakhyanagar (for S.l. No. 7). The bidders, in case of down loading the bid documents from the Govt. website will have to submit the Bank Draft towards the cost of bid documents enclosed in a separate envelope marked as “cost of bid document down loaded from internet” along with the bid.

Bids will be opened in the office of the CE-cum- PD, PMU, 5th Floor, Rajiv Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India at 3.30 PM on 29 September 2015 in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives who wishes to attend. There will be a pre-bid conference on dt. 08 September 2015 at 11.30AM in the conference hall of CE- cum-PD, PMU, Rajiv Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Interested Bidders may attend the pre-bid conference in the aforesaid date. If the schedule day for any event is a Government holiday the next working day with same time will be considered. The authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
