To All Trading Members and Clearing Members Sub : Internal Audit of Trading members / Clearing members This is further to our Circular Ref. No. 230/2015 (download reference no. NSE/INSP/29598) dated April 30, 2015 requiring all Trading / Clearing members to carry out complete Internal Audit on a half yearly basis by independent qualified Chartered Accountants or Company Secretaries or Cost and Management Accountants who are in practice and who do not have any conflict of interest.
You are requested to kindly note that no comments need to be provided by the Auditor for the checklist areas which are complied by the Member. The ENIT Link for uploading the Internal Audit reports for the half year ended March 31, 2015 shall be activated from May 9, 2015. The half yearly Internal Audit for the period October 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015 is required to be carried out and the Internal Audit Reports have to be submitted on or before June 30, 2015.
