This individual must display a high degree of professionalism, organization and interact cooperatively with customers and coworkers. Duties/Responsibilities • Working on site and in office to interface between all site personnel and office management. • Assist Project Manager (PM) in reviewing and validating outside vendor invoices • Review customer billing requirements within the contract and complete as necessary • Assist PM in ensuring project that all project docs have been collected (i.e. bonds, insurance, subcontract, project specs, safety plans, submittals). • Review project field reports Skills, Qualifications, Experience: • Proficient with spreadsheets, document management software, and project management software • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English • Superior written, oral and digital communication skills • Proficient with email, internet, MS Office products (e.g. Excel, Word) • Ability to quickly learn ProContractor by Viewpoint construction management software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, RS Means, and various additional construction software programs Job Type: Part-time as schedule allows. Some night work necessary. Required education: • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. No prior experience necessary.
