This is regarding sales and marketing of Innovative Miniahrre sheets rndia-Africa Forum summif which was released on 29.10.2015.

2. First time, India Post has brought out Innovative Miniature Sheet with Hot Foil stamping and embossing. The Indian Rhino, African Rhino and Black Buck are Hot foil stamped with Gun metal foil, the two Lions with Gold foil and the Thomson Gazelle with Copper foil and all these stamps are embossed. 3.
The sale price of the Innovative Miniature Sheet has been fixed at Rs. 2OOl- (Two Hundrcd only). The face value of Miniature sheet is Rs. 70.00 which will be credited under the head sale of Commemorative Postage Stamps (1201-00-101-16) and the difference amount Rs. 130.00 will be credited under the head sale of Philatelic ancillaries (1201-00-
800-37) for accounting purpose.

It is requested that suitable action may be taken at Circle/Regional/Local level to ensure wide publicity. It may please be noted that staff selling the innovative MS will get a commission of Rs. 201- @10olo on sale of each sheet and the amount as revenue and commission paid should be properly reflected under the relevant column of SO account Book, HO summary and HO cash book. 5. While sending the cash account to the DA (P), the schedule should be prepared accordingly so that the DA (P) is in a position to classify the revenue under the sale of Philatelic stamps , ancillaries and under the relevant head showing commission paid. 6. The distribution list of Innovative Miniature Sheets are attached herewith for information
and necessary action.
