Abstract. Is technology freeing us? or is it imprisoning us? How is life changing under the development of technology? Technology and people are gradually binding together but aren’t people drifting away from each other? Some say that the development of technology enriches humanity but what is true enrichment? Unpredicted technology has been commercialized and newly developed technology is on its way. Can such technological advancements reduce human labor and liberate us from the competing society? We need to think about what values in life we need to pursue. Injoin continued to think about ways to utilize advanced technology. Injoin is suggesting a project that can guide humanity towards the right direction by the smallest change in our daily lives. Bitcoin aims for an Innovation of a “peer to peer electronic cash system”[3], Ethereum develops the “nextgeneration smart contract and decentralized application platform”[1], and injoin guides you for a rediscovery in your daily life. Value is for the people who recognize it. injoin is a journey to discover new values.

1. Introduction [DAD, Decentralized Autonomous Democracy] Currently, the whole world is suffering from waste. People tend to solve problems by mass consumption[5] which leads to the decrease in communication. Values in a capitalist society are based on price, which is a very practical method. Many transactions are currently being made based on this rationality. However, if we value matters only by pricing, we will lose the opportunity to appreciate the value in relationships or find other external hidden values. Thus, the transactions of certain values will not be made and values will neither be recognized. Can price represent everything that is contained in value? Capitalism creates a biased perspective judging values only by pricing. This biased perspective has negative effects for us. Hidden value can be found when pricing is omitted. When transactions are made without pricing, we can focus more on other values whilst reaching out for an agreement. This method allows us to acknowledge what we really wanted. This creates a wide range of possibilities for assessing values within an autogenous sharing environment on the decentralized Ethereum network. By breaking the price dependency, this solves the biased value determination. Sponsors who pay the maintenance fee, and users can present a proposal based on a democratic agreement, and this proposal will be decided by token[2] holders (DAD, Decentralized Autonomous Democracy) .
2. Value [What is your Motivation] There are various motives for what we do. GGood ood wwill ill f,for or price benefits can motivate people to help someone. Freed from the bondage of pricing, voluntary help from the basis of good will evokes a stronger motivation. Actions for price benefits are nothing but a method. Since one moved to gain more money, one tends to act based on the offer and payment by someone. Injoin aims to change this motivation. Everyone has their own story behind the traded
3
money. These are the stories we can sympathize, and is hard to quantify. Through injoin we can share different existing and nonexisting values. This is possible on the blockchain[4] system allowing us to see values in a different perspective. This perspective will lead us to discover a new era in connection from a blocked society.
3. Event [Sharing of Hidden Events] We can connect to each other through events. Each event contains what the person needs. It is not easy to quickly find someone who can help others who have different needs. In Korea, there was a culture that helped each other without anything in return. This cooperating culture was based on trust and was called “Pumasi”[6 5] . Incidents in the local community that couldn’t be handled by an individual could be quickly solved by the help from people with good intentions. There are still countless tasks around us that one can’t handle by one’s self. Pumasi proves that motives in sharing tasks are possible when people focus on the value of the case, despite any material exchanges. Injoin can create a sharing event (smart contract) [7] by only oneclick, and each case are valued by the story of the event not by a priced value. We can catch the attractiveness of the story rather than the money based outcome. Guided by this value, the sharing ecosystem will regenerate, and develop itself.
4. Event List [Proof of Events] The event list consists of various incidents that people exchange, and people may use it to confirm trust. Anyone on top of the blockchain can access the records but will be unable to operate it. The more time people spend on the event list, the more trust they build. By proving that one participated in a case, this list works as a mirror of the
4
recorder. Based on this trust, users can confidently share events. People can help each other when an event has been raised due to different types of reasons. However, people can be skeptical when it comes to helping a stranger. The event list is what makes the user trustable. The event list is the record of all transactions . All users have access to the event list, and people can trust this history due to the blockchain system which makes it impossible to deliberately fix the data. People can be briefly informed about each other by referring to the event list and further decide if one is trustable. To build trust, one must join many events and help people. The more time people spend on the event list, the more trust they build. By proving that one participated in a case, this list works as a mirror of the user. Based on faith, users can confidently share events.
5. Sponsorship [Sponsored by Sponsor] In a decentralized network, there must be a reward for those who provide the network to maintain “injoin”. Users are told to pay fees, and this mechanism can be very inconvenient for users who have used online services for free. To solve this problem sponsors take part by paying the service maintenance fee. Anyone can be a sponsor in injoin. Based on different standards sponsors can earn different advantages from sponsoring. As a representative example, sponsors who aim for advertisements, can promote their business. Traditional advertisements have been quite irritating, and users often experienced inconvenience in accessing service. Injoin notifies that an event has been sponsored in one sentence “sponsored by sponsor” to ensure that the notification would not interrupt users. Images like logo’s will not be included. We think that logo and images are simply obstacles towards visual information. Sponsors can create attractive phrases for themselves. For example, A restaurant owner can come up with a phrase saying, “ Sponsored by todays lunch menu”. This doesn’t show who the sponsor is, but if a user was deciding what to eat for lunch, one can click on the phrase out of curiosity. Freed
5
from the obsession that advertisements must be visually provocative, sponsors will try to create an attractive phrase, and users won’t be visually bothered. Overall, these efforts won’t let the quality of this service fall.
6. Tip(Token) [iii(Improve Injoin by Involvement) ] Our service begins by a very simple difference. The simple difference would be the absence of pricing; however, we can’t ignore its functions. The sincerity in tips are worth more than simple paying methods. Tips are freely offered by users, and are designed to be traded after an event has closed. Users can confirm that they have offered tips to someone after their support. Therefore, injoin tips are worth more than cash. By certainly confirming that a user offered a tip, other users can also be notified. In addition , voting rights are given to token holders which help develop the service. Injoin offers a tip which contains the function of pricing and a way to deliver sincerity. In other words, tips can be offered freely between users, and tips are designed to be traded after an event is closed. Users can confirm that they have given tips to someone who helped. Therefore, a tip can worth more than cash. Moreover, voting rights are given to token holders which help develop the service and may be used a source of digital currency. (More details will be discussed in 7. And 8.)
7. Ecosystem of Injoin [A SelfRegenerating Environment] Injoin regenerates. It can be maintained without any centralized administrator. This is because users can find problems and improvements and apply them based on the democratic method. In injoin, anyone can suggest a proposal. The most popular proposal will be selected to be decided. The decision will be made by the ratio of the amount of token(iii) . The key in regenerating is separating the proposal and resolution. If resolutions are made by the amount of stake(iii) , there are concerns that decisions can sometimes lead
6
to inconvenience for the users. Therefore, the solutions won’t improve the service but the iii will lose its natural value as a tip but become a distributing property for investment and further destroy the ecosystem However, if users can propose and choose the best proposal, naturally the most popular proposal will be selected for further decision. The proposal for a better ecosystem will increase the value of the service along with the value of the token. Finally, we need to rethink about the purpose of using the dapp[9] rather than centralized services. Governance is considered important, but there was no clear reason for the use. Dapp users don’t even have a chance to discuss about what to agree with. There should be considerations for the necessity of consulting. Injoin is an autogenous sharing environment on the basis of democracy. The infinite possibilities are unpredictable, and the governance in injoin is what develops the potentials.
8. Network [Autogenous Network by Blockchain] There are three main reasons that injoin must connect with the block chain system. First, the service can be maintained without a centralized administrator on the decentralized network. If a centralized server is selected to be used, observations must be constantly made for the maintenance and development. This environment lets the users rely on the centralized administrator which is an obstacle to create a self renewing service. Secondly, the data on the block chain is impossible to falsify. Therefore, users can believe all information in the service and it is possible that the autogenous system can be enabled in the basis of the D.A.D. Lastly, the block chain bonds everyone together. The connection between people is the ultimate goal of injoin. iii owners, users, and sponsors are suited to run the service on block chain. The centralized method can always create this service, but the autogenous system is the best solution for the token holders, sponsors, and users. * We are planning to launch injoin on the Ethereum. However, we are considering on creating a new block chain for a better environment.
7
9. Conclusion From the attempt to break free from judging values by pricing, we are now offering a sharing environment. This sharing environment allows people to connect with others to satisfy their needs. Trust issues are solved by the list of events, and due to sponsors, there is no maintenance fee. Sponsors do not need to pay commission fees to centralized administrators, instead, they can use the payments to users, and notify themselves in their standards. Through iii, “injoin” offers a tip for a symbol of sincerity, and a method to develop the service. “injoin” will change its forms as if it’s a living organism, and will vastly be used online to offline. This is the most practical sharing environment by independent involvements based on democracy.
