SUMMARY The youth exchange Graffiti 4 NoHate is multilateral project involving young people from 6 countries: Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Spain, Estonia and Macedonia. The profile of the participants is young people between 16 and 26 years old with different cultures, religions, ethnics, social and economical background and young people facing geographical and financial difficulties. The project will be held between 03.10.2016 and 10.10.2016 in Gragnano, Italy. The main aims of the exchange are: - helping young people understand better what hate speech is and that it can actually lead to hate crime and other sequences; - Informing young people how to efficiently fight against hate speech in non violent way; - presenting graffiti as a effective way to combat hate speech;
- informing young people about NO HATE SPEECH MOVEMENT; - stimulating the active position of young people towards hate by becoming activists against hate -
speech; promoting tolerance, mutual understanding and dialogue between young people from different nationalities.
The participants will learn what is hate speech trough sharing experiences and knowledge, how to combat it in a non violent way trough graffiti and will become more aware of the real situation and how to become activists in the field of NO hate. They will organize a public action to inform the local community about the problem with hate speech and will leave a graffiti message to show that it can be efficiently used to combat hate speech. As a project`s outcomes there will be a short video and a newspaper which will promote NO hate speech campaign, the idea of peaceful way to combat hatred trough graffiti, the program Erasmus+ and the project itself.
Dates: 3 - 10 October 2016 3 October is arrival day - Please, try to arrive between 12 a.m. at noon and 5 p.m. latest. Dinner and welcome gathering is planned. 10 October - Please try to leave after 10 a.m. Breakfast is planned.
Venue Hotel will be “Hotel Parco” in Gragnano, Strada Statale 366.

Participants will be accommodated in triple rooms withe people from same sex but different country to stimulate intercultural dialogue. Wifi internet connection will be supplied (however, may have poor connection in some areas).
SMLC2015 will provide participants withe three meals per day and two coffee breaks.
We strongly recommend each participant to inform the ORGANIZERS about any special dietary needs in advance.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE Young people between 18-30 years old with no age limit for the leader -Motivated to participate in the project -EXPERIENCE or INTEREST in No hate campagnas or graffiti is required -They are NOT on European Voluntary Service (EVS) at the moment of the activity
TRAVEL COSTS Participants’ travel costs from their home city to Gragnano, Italy, will be reimbursed on actual expenses according to two criteria: Distance from home town to Gragnano (please use the official E+ calculator to establish the distance http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmusplus/tools/distance_en.htm (please note that the distance is calculated one-way, but the reimbursement amounts are for return travel); We kindly ask all participants to take the most environmentally friendly and cost effective alternative available. Travel Reimbursement Rules: 1) Note: Remboursement of travel costs will only be done upon presentation of all (including return tickets) original tickets, receipt/invoices and boarding passes. This means that once home after the training, participants will be asked to send the originals of all return documents and boarding passes. Please remember to bring the original invoices. there will be no reimbursement without the original invoices and tickets with indicated Names of travelers, description of the journey, indication of cost and currency and date of trave. 2) Note: Tickets/invoices in languages other than English have to be translated by participants (key info only: date, venue, route, issuing agent). 3) Note: Remboursement will be done in EUR, regardless of the currency indicated on the ticket and receipt/invoice. Any tickets purchased in a local currency other than EUR, will then be converted and calculated according to the exchange rate of the month when the grant agreement

If travel costs exceed the amount budgeted in the project, the organizers will only be able to reimburse participants the actual travel costs up to the limit calculated by distance. Participants are therefore strongly advised to book trip travel well in advance. 5) Note: Please send copies (scans) of all tickets and invoices and email them to

This will be every helpful for the organizers to begin processing the financial and reimbursement data so that all payments may be made as efficiently as possible. 6) Note: All participants will be required to complete the Erasmus+ mobility Toll evaluation form for this course in order to receive the travel reimbursement.

Weather Generally the weather in Naples in October is good enough. Temperature is almost always stable at 20 degrees.
