http://grad2015.kongu.edu/viewlist.php. 2. No Spot Registration. 3. All the registered graduates are requested to confirm their presence at the registration counter in the convention centre between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on 08.03.2015. 4. Only the candidates who have confirmed their presence in the registration counter can receive their degree in the Graduation Day Ceremony. 5. Only the Rank holders will be receiving their degree from the chief guest at the Dias and the degree certificates of the other graduates will be distributed at their respective seats. 6. Graduates, Parents and Invitees are asked to follow the schedule strictly for Smooth conductance of the event. 7. Formal dress code should be strictly followed (Jeans and T- Shirts are not allowed). The Graduation day gown will be supplied at an advance payment of Rs.230 (Rs.200 will be refunded while returning the gown). 8. Children are not allowed inside the hall. Cell Phones, Personal Camera are strictly prohibited inside the hall. Official photographers are arranged to take photographs during the ceremony and photo session. 9. Those who are unable to attend the graduation day proceedings can collect their degree certificates in person at a later date with identity proof.
10.Photo Session will start immediately after the function is over and the graduates are asked to remain in their seats. Graduates have to register their names by paying Rs. 60 and receive a token from the registration counter to avail hard/soft copy of the photo. 11.All the graduates and their parents are invited for lunch. Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Sl.No. 1.
