Open the website at http://www.yunyis.com with 32-bite IE browser. To view on computer, please use an IE browser, and the IE browser must be 32 bits. Please refer to following steps: (1) If your PC is 64 bits system, please choose 32-bit IE version as shown in the picture.
(2) First time login need to download and install ActiveX (hsp2p) IP Address: a) If can’t download and install the ActiveX, you may close your Anti-verses software. b)
Click 【Download】the ActiveX.

Find the ActiveX, right click on it, and choose 【Run as administrator】

During installation, IE may prevent the ActiveX, please permit installing.

After installation finished, IE may prevent the ActiveX running, please permit.
(3) If you can’t install the ActiveX, please lower the security level of your IE browser. Then refer to above tips to install ActiveX. How to lower security level of IE browser? Prior to installation, please follow up the steps below and program the network security level. a) b)
Open the IE browser and click [Tools→ Internet Options]. Choose the “Security” label in the dialogue box.
