Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar. Booth Assignments: Assignments will be made in order contracts with payment are received. An email confirmation with booth assignment will be sent when these things are received. All booths in the Cafeteria are 10x10; most booths in the hallway leading to the cafeteria are 6x10, 3 are 10x10. Electricity: Electricity is limited; please see booth layout. It is available on a first registered and paid basis. Please bring your own extension cord. (No duck tape is allowed to tape down cords.) Set-Up: The school will be open at 7:00 a.m. to begin setting up. We will have Theatre students available to assist you with carrying your items and supplies in and out of the school. Please bring your own tables unless requested
and paid for in advance. Everyone should be set-up by 8:45. Raffle: We request each vendor to donate one item with a value of $25 for our raffle. Lunch: We are accepting pre-order vendor meals available for $7.00. If interested, please complete the Vendor Meal Form and submit payment. Assistance During the Day: We will have Theatre students available to cover your booth for short restroom breaks if you are alone. Please advise at check-in if you need this assistance. Advertising: The event will be advertised on DFW Craftshows.com, Festival Network Online, Eventlister.com, in Local Newspapers, Sr. Cent Ad, Local School Newsletters, Day Care Centers, Social Media, and radio calendars. Additionally, 5,000+ flyers will be sent home with children throughout the schools and posters will be placed around town. Day of Event Advertising: Signs and banner outside venue • This is a family event, so please keep all items to be sold family friendly. • Nothing is to be hung from the walls. • Onsite concessions will be available. • No flea market items are allowed. Only craft or vendor items are to be sold.
Thank you for supporting our Theatre fundraising efforts. All funds raised for this event will be used for the needs of LHS Theatre to assist with costumes, set, competitions and travel.
