AGREEMENT SETUP ● New accounts will need to be set up with confirmed deposits before Monday 7:00 EST to participate in the start of the new week’s trading cycle. ● All funds must be credited 12 hours before trading commences. Late deposits will incur an additional admin fee of $100 USD. ● Investments credited after Monday 7:00 EST will be held until the start of the following week’s trading cycle ● All deposits will be considered renewed at the start of the next calendar month, unless stated otherwise ● Existing investments can be topped up only at the start of the following month, assuming the selected investment pool is not at capacity. Please check in advance to go on the waiting list. ● As mentioned, once you have an active account, you will be able to top up your account at the start of each calendar month. This may result in you being included in multiple packages. For example, let’s say you make an initial deposit of $30,000 and get included in the GOLD PACKAGE. And let’s assume that the following month you make a new deposit of $20,000 but that the GOLD PACKAGE has a total amount of $990,000 already invested (maximum size being $1M). What will happen then is that $10,000 of your new investment will get included in GOLD, and the remaining $10,000 will get included into a SILVER PACKAGE. It will then stay in SILVER until other investors in GOLD decide to cash out their investment and make room for new investors. This will depend on how long the waiting list will be. Date of deposits will be used to determine waitlist order on a first come first serve basis. PAYMENTS ● All payments (profits and principal) will only be paid out in Bitcoin. Therefore, a Bitcoin wallet is required upon application prior to acceptance. ● Profits payable will be calculated from the account balance on Monday at 7:00 EST ● Profits will be disbursed weekly, approximately 15 hours after the end of trading cycle, at Monday 22:00 EST ● Compounding weekly profits will not be allowed at all, however top-ups at the start of the following calendar month on the 1st, is permitted. ● Withdrawals on the final day of each month are free-of-charge. However early withdrawals will be subject to a 5.0% exit fee and must be registered at least 48 hours prior to redemption date – T&C’s apply. ● For partial redemptions of accounts, which exceed 50% of the account value, the payment timeline is 2 to 4 days. ● For full account closures, the payment timeframe is 3 to 6 days. ● HCC reserves the right to delay redemption payments in the event of a BTC price correction downwards exceeding 20% in the previous 7 days. ● The timeframe for account closures during a market correction will be between 7 to 14 days, at the discretion of HCC, to ensure capital preservation for your account. The exception to this is if you require funds immediately regardless of the final USD value of BTC returned to your wallet.

DEPOSITS ● The initial investment value of all new accounts is based only on the USD value on the first trading session when its Monday 07:00 EST, NOT when coins received by HCC. This is important as we will aim to pay you back your initial investment value at time of account closure. ● Deposits made in a cryptocurrency other than BTC will incur an admin processing fee of $50 USD. For late deposits occurring 12 hours before trading starts on a Monday 07:00 EST will incur a $100 USD admin processing fee. ● HCC may in some circumstances, accept fiat but only greater than $10,000 USD, which will incur a $100 USD admin fee to be deducted prior to the 5.0% entry fee. PERFORMANCE ● There is no guarantee of returns & past performance is not an indication of future performance. ● Any forecasts made in writing by HCC are subject to change at any given time. ● The daily performance target range provided on marketing materials may differ from the information disclosed on this agreement / application form. ● Actual results may fall outside of the estimates provided by HCC. ● The forecast daily averages (which are different from target ranges), as of March 2018 are: o GOLD PACAKGE 2.5% to 5.0% Minimum $30,000 USD o SILVER PACKAGE 1.5% to 3.0% Minimum $10,000 USD o BRONZE PACKAGE 1.0% to 2.0% Minimum $ 1,000 USD FEES & CHARGES ● A 5.0% entry fee will be charged on all deposits. Weekly payments will thus be based on the remaining sum. This fee will also be charged on monthly top ups to accounts. ● A 20.0% performance fee will be charged on weekly profit, prior to payouts. Performance fee is calculated based on the value of Monday at 7:00 EST to the following Monday at 7:00 EST ● A 5.0% early exit fee will be charged on funds withdrawn prior to the final day of the calendar month. No exit fees are charged if funds are withdrawn on this final day. ● HCC will deduct transaction/mining fees from the outgoing payments made. If the fee exceeds the amount due to be disbursed to your wallet, HCC will withhold the weekly profit until the following week. REFERRAL BONUS ● You are eligible for a 2.5% referral bonus for all new investors you refer to HCC. ● This is to be paid to you as BTC to your wallet. This bonus also applies to top ups of those accounts whom have you listed as their sponsor. ● Referral payments will be made approximately 72 hours after the start of trading week. ● You will not be able to open more than one account within this service. Should we detect multiple accounts being used from identical IP addresses we reserve the right to suspend your accounts, until further investigation has been made ● You will cease to receive referral bonuses on accounts you introduce if you no longer have an active account with HCC.

DECLARATION By completing this Service Agreement, I declare that: • All the details I have provided to HCC for this Application and Service Agreement are true and correct; and • I have read and accept the terms and conditions which apply to this application and my participation in this service; and • If I have received the application from the internet or by other electronic means, I have read, received and understand the entire document; and • I am wholly responsible for my decision to make this application and I am not making this application on behalf of another person; and • I understand that HCC has the right to reject my application or contributions; and • I acknowledge that HCC may decide to delay or refuse any request or transaction, including by suspending a withdrawal request, but only if HCC has reasonable suspicion that the request or transaction may be incomplete, incorrect or breach any obligation, or causes HCC to commit or participate in an offence under any law in a relevant jurisdiction, and HCC will incur no liability to me if it does so; and • In rare circumstances, HCC may need to re-verify my identity to ensure or improve safety & security; and • I understand the high-risk nature associated with these trading strategies I am applying for and acknowledge that HCC does not guarantee a 100% return on initial investment contributed on day one of trading or the performance of my investment, and will honestly endeavour to deliver as close to my initial contribution at start of trading cycle; and • My initial investment is calculated on the amount valued in USD (net of fees) at the first day of trading (Monday 7:00 EST / Monday 22:00 AEST); and • HCC reserves the right to pass on transaction fees for wallet transfers in the form of payment deductions, at no profit to the HCC; and • HCC reserves the right to automatically charge fees up to and including 5.0% of all deposits as an entry fee, and 20.0% of all weekly profit as a performance fee; and • HCC reserves the right to automatically charge fees up to and including 5.0% of funds withdrawn as an exit fee, but only if such funds are withdrawn on a day other than the final day of a calendar month by 5:00pm AEST. • I am aware that HCC will receive, keep and use records of my personal information, supplied by me, and give consent to the collection and use of my personal information in accordance with HCC’s policy; and • HCC reserves the right to remove me from the GOLD PACKAGE that may have been given as a special privilege assuming I didn’t initially qualify initially. We require a backup email address in the event you lose access to the primary address for whatever reason. In addition, we may need to engage you via video conference call if we suspect suspicious activities are occurring with your account; and • you agree that in the event that HCC expands its operations to other jurisdictions, HCC reserves the right to reissue this agreement under the such new entities; and • all of the above representations and warranties are true, complete, accurate and non-misleading from the time of your access to and/or acceptance of participation in this service or any such part thereof (as the case may be); and • you agree to have all forms signed and all documents submitted before being eligible for the Trading Service.
