Our class is fortunate to have a group of guest speakers coming on Friday, October 18th. The presentation will be done by the Hazardous Materials Response team for San Diego County. The presentation is only being given during periods 2 and 4, so we may record portions of the presentation to show to other classes on the CVMS campus. In addition, the HazMat team occasionally publishes short videos of some classroom visits on public sites such as Youtube.com. Please check the appropriate boxes below regarding participation in and videotaping of the performance. Any student that does not return this form will not be eligible to participate in the demonstrations but will be able to watch the presentation.
