Gurgaon Toastmasters Club, Area 01, Division A, District 41 Overview: The 411th GTMC Meeting was held on 30th Apr 2017. The theme of the meeting was “How sustainable are our cities”. The Toastmaster of the day Davinder had the theme The Prepared speech section saw two speeches a project 1 and project 2, both from competent communicator manual. At the end of the prepared speech section, the TMOD called for the ballots for Best Speaker. This was followed by a Table Topics Session facilitated by Pranay Verma. At the end of Table Topics session, the topics master called for ballots for best Table Topic Speaker. Following the Speeches, the General Evaluator of the Day carried the evaluation session: evaluation of prepared speeches followed by reports of supplementary role players – timer, Ah Counter, Grammarian and Parliamentarian. At the end of the session, the General Evaluator called for the ballots for Best Evaluator, Best role player and best supplementary role player.
