Florida’s No 1 Real Estate Team Dear Friends & Family, Summer 2016 has flown by, and is almost history. Kids are back in school, routines in check, and schedules are full. Before you know it, Fall will be upon us. Some of our favorite July & August highlights included: Busch Gardens, Tampa- We took the kids on a surprise trip to Busch Gardens! We didn't tell them until we were inside the gates, pretending to be lost. ;) We rode plenty of roller coasters, and had quite a thrilling day!

Blessings & More- Even though Summer flew by quickly, we made time for great friends. We had out of town company several times this Summer. There's nothing better than entertaining by boat, and introducing others to our gorgeous, gulf beaches. We also dined at local mom & pop restaurants, watched breathtaking sunsets every evening, enjoyed plenty of laughter, and the simple things. We truly showed them the best of what SW Florida has to offer.

SW FLORIDA MARKET UPDATE The market is going through an adjustment phase, as to be expected. As I reported last month, we’re seeing less foreclosures, and our luxury market is cooling off. The market from 150-500K is still HOT. As you can se from the slides below, the total number of sales for July dropped to 2012 levels at 2,210 total sales, however our median sales price climbed by 9%. Still a very strong market!
