Ground Rules for Music & Dance Room access: 1. Students will be only allowed access in the Music & Dance Room if they are a member of Audio Bytes/MadToes Club or they are accompanied by one, the guard will have a list which he will first verify and then only allow entry accordingly. Please note that the ID Card of only the Members will be accepted. 2. No student will be allowed access without depositing his/her ID Card with the Security Guard.. 3. The person depositing his/her ID Card is solely responsible for what happens inside the Music & Dance Room. Any damages to any instrument, room or any problems encountered whatsoever by the staff will be the responsibility of the ID Card Depositor. 4. Students while entering must make sure that all the equipments are intact and match the list provided. If any discrepancy is found, any of the Coordinators must be immediately alerted about the same to avoid penalisation later on. 5. The Dance Club Members are requested to avoid touching, disturbing and playing the Musical Instruments unnecessarily to avoid damage. The Guitar Amplifiers are NOT to be used as general purpose speakers as these can seriously damage the equipments and the amplifiers. 6. Students MUST tell the guard to lock the door before leaving the premises. If the guard is not informed about the door locking, the ID Card will not be returned and a complaint against the student will be lodged if required. 7. NO Equipment or furniture whatsoever will be taken out of the Music & Dance Room without taking permission directly from (BOTH of the Music Coordinators) or (BOTH of the Dance Coordinators); for which the issuer MUST mention the duration and purpose of taking the same. Failure to comply with this will lead to serious action including possible removal from the Audio Bytes Club and barring from the Music & Dance Room. 8. Equipment if taken outside after obtaining permission is the direct responsibility of the person to whom it is issued. He/She is responsible for bringing the equipment back to the premises as soon as the performance/event is completed. 9. CCTV footage is continuously being recorded and monitored for the whole room for security purposes. You are kindly requested to cooperate. 10. Loud music and dance will be allowed till 10:30PM, after which practise may be allowed, but only with the permission of any of the Music or Dance Coordinators; on the condition that  the volume levels are kept low and confined to the Music & Dance Room. 11. The Music and Dance room is to be used for the Musical & Dance activities ONLY. For any activities apart from these for which the Music & Dance Room is GENUINELY

REQUIRED, the room may be used only after the appropriate permissions are taken. 12. Kindly maintain Cleanliness in the room. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure that the room is not littered. Kindly refrain from throwing waste or spilling liquid on the floor as the Floor Material is spoilt.
