Let’s face it, we like what we like and sometime we over indulge. My favorites are cookies and pizza. How do we combat the evils that we do to our body?

With 50% of you weight management and health goals derived from your dietary eating habits, wouldn’t it be a great idea to eat the fuel’s that work best for your body?

Well first, eat healthy and clean the majority of the time and secondly, cleanse your body a few times a year. I and my clients cleanse every 3 months. It’s essential in keeping the body maintained. You don’t go years without an oil change in your car so why treat your body any differently.

Even if you think you’re eating healthy foods, you may not be eating healthy foods for you. Blood type eating is a key element in a healthy lifestyle. Over the summer while running in the Spartan Race. They had the painful yet exhilarating punishment of required BURPEES if you failed any of the obstacles. Being a former MARINE, I am no stranger to “The BURPEE”. In the attached video I demonstrate the way I love to do my Burpees and have my clients do them as well.
