Pursuant to decision of Council of Ministers vide No . 1970 dated 05.01.2013, as minuted vide No. 3/2/20 11-G.A.D/CN/Pt. File-/-123-134 dated 07 01 .2013 , it is hereby ordered that the 91 unauthorized colonies mentioned in ttie enclosed fist are eligible for development work in terms. of cia use 5.10 of Regulations dated 24 03 2008 as amended from time to time and part 8 of guidelines dated 19.12.2012 issued by GNCTD and any amendments or further orders that may be issued subsequently . The executing agency. while undertaking the development work within the boundary fixed by the Government. would ensure that following areas , if any , are left out:1. ii .

The area of land acquired and fenced by the DD.A.. The DDA hindra.nces marked.

The areas falling within Forest and marked as such .

No l-33/UCIUD/POLICY(07/ PART FILE/CD-021199142/476-485 dated 22.03.201, it is ordered that the Unauthori~ed Colony Registration No. 1368 namely lnderprastha Colony, Part-1 Extn., Burari, Delhi-11 0084 is deleted from the list of 40 Unauthorized colonies (S.No. 04 in the list of 26 Unauthorized Colonies).

Consequently, the permission for development work in the said colony stands withdrawn and it should be ensured that no ·development work is taken up in the said Unauthorized Colony.

All these unauthorized colonies as per list enclosed are assigned to PWD for the purpose of developmental works.

In this regard Urban Development Department is requesting to concerned agencies like ASI/DDA/Revenue Department expeditiously to give NOC/Clearance and in the meantime it is requested that necessary preparation and preliminary works for undertaken developmental work m.a;y be completed. The development work sh.all. be allowed in this colony subject to grant of permission by the competent authority under the Forest Act/ Ridge Management Board. You are also requested to indicate, if any, additional funds are required for this purpose within this financial year. The developmental work would be undertaken within the. Layout Plan submitted by. RWA. A CD containing all Layout Plans as submitted by RWA in pursuance of advertisement issued by this department in the year 2007-08 is ·enclosed.
