FINANCE (A&L) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 292 Dated: 22-10-2013 Read the following: 1. G.O.Ms.No.177 G.A.(SW.I) Dept., dt:13-04-2011. 2. U.O.Note No.31842/SW.II/A1/2013-1, GA (SW.II) Dept., dt.21-10-2013 along copy of agreement between Government of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Seemaandhra Employees Forum dt:11-10-2013. ******** Based on the Agreement entered between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Seemaandhra Employees Forum on 11.10.2013, the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Seemaandhra Employees Forum has requested the Government for payment of advance equal to maximum of one month’s salary to the employees who participated in the strike from 3-9-2013 onwards and who have rejoined duty on or before 11-10-2013. In the reference 2nd cited, Government have accepted for sanction of special advance to those employees who have joined duty on or before 11-10-2013, subject to a maximum of one month’s salary to be recovered as decided by the Government. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, decided for payment of Special Advance to the extent of salary loss suffered by the above employees on account of participation in the strike, subject to a maximum of one month’s salary and subject to recovery of all statutory recoveries applicable to each individual employee from the advance. The amount of Special Advance to be sanctioned as above shall be recovered in one lumpsum from the individual employee salary after adjustment of leave for strike period. The employee who would like to avail one month advance will have to submit an application in the format enclosed as Annexure to this order. 3. The expenditure on payment of advance under this Order shall be debited to the following Head of Account 7610-Loans to Government Servants etc., 800-Other Advances- SH (80)-Other Advances – 001-Other Advances. 4. These orders are applicable to all the Gazetted and non-gazetted officers of the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat employees only. 5.
