Template Instructions

To run this project locally Node.js will be required (nodejs.org)

This project was coded using:

1. To preview the template: dev.method.com/goog-49

• Grunt to automatize tasks (including processing Less files): gruntjs.com • Bower to install components: bower.io • Handlebars for templating: handlebarsjs.com • Less as CSS preprocessor: lesscss.org

2. Download or clone the repository from Github: github.com/Method-Inc/goog-49.git (to gain access please send us the Github account you would like to use)

• Twitter Bootstrap as a front end framework: getbootstrap.com • Server requirements: as long as the server supports HTML and javascript it’s good to go. A basic Apache

3. Install Grunt-cli (may require sudo) - “npm install -g grunt-cli”

server would work perfectly.

4. Using the command line, go inside the folder you cloned 5. Type ‘npm install’ in the command line, it will download all the bower components 6. Type ‘grunt’ in the command line and it will create the ‘dist’ folder where all the compiled files will be placed to be readable.
