GALA CHANGING PLACES, CHANGING LIVES Groundwork Lawrence invites you to celebrate another successful year of our projects, partnerships and programs during Glow Gala 2017. The event features the much loved EcoArt and Silent Auctions, raffles and a dynamic speaking program which includes a presentation from our Green Team youth.

CULTIVATING CHANGE Through our education, community service and job training programs for Lawrence youth, Groundwork cultivates engagement with the environment, social awareness and healthy behaviors. Young people are prepared to be positive role models and future leaders in their community. Each year more than 1,500 youth benefit from growing food, STEM curriculum, field trips to national parks, urban camps, our educational enrichment in the Lawrence public schools, Urban Adventures, and Green Team programs. This year’s Glow Gala highlights our youth and the light they bring to our community.
