Event ประชุมนักวิเคราะห์ lmpact มีโอกาสที่จะเข้ าลงทุนในโครงการผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังน้าในพม่ า บริ ษทั มองเห็นโอกาสที่จะเข้าไปพัฒนาโครงการ Lemro ซึ่งเป็ นโครงการผลิตไฟฟ้ าพลังน้ าในพม่า กาลัง การผลิต 622MW ซึ่งคาดว่าจะป้ อนไฟฟ้ าให้กบั National State-Utility Electricity Power Generation (EPGE) ถึงแม้วา่ จะยังไม่ได้ขอ้ สรุ ปในเรื่ องโครงสร้างการถือหุ ้น แต่บริ ษทั คาดว่าจะเป็ นการลงทุนน่ าจะ ร่ วมกับพันธมิตรอีก 1-2 ราย (พันธมิตรท้องถิ่น และ/หรื อ พันธมิตรเชิ งกลยุทธ์เพื่อช่วยสนับสนัน เงินทุน) ซึ่ งเรามองว่ากลยุทธ์น้ ีจะช่วยป้ องกันความเสี่ ยงภายในประเทศจากการปรับเปลี่ยนกฎเกณฑ์การ ทาธุรกิจ และช่วยให้สามารถแข่งขันด้านต้นทุนทางการเงินได้ในขณะนี้ บริ ษทั ได้ทาการศึกษา prefeasibility เสร็ จเรี ยบร้อยแล้ว และคาดว่าจะสามารถเซ็นบันทึกความเข้าใจร่ วมกัน (MOU) กับกระทรวง ไฟฟ้ าและพลังงงานของพม่า Ministry of Electricity and Energy เพื่อให้ได้สิทธิ์ ในการพัฒนาโครงการ ได้ในอีก 1-2 ปี ข้างหน้า ซึ่งหลังจากเซ็น MOU คาดว่าบริ ษทั ต้องใช้เวลาอีก 1-2 ปี ก่อนที่จะสามารถเซ็น PPA ได้ และกระบวนการก่อสร้างยังต้องใช้เวลาอีกห้าปี ซึ่งจากกระบวนการข้างต้น ถ้าบริ ษทั ได้พฒั นา โครงการนี้ จริ ง กว่าจะเริ่ มเปิ ดดาเนิ นการได้ก็ตอ้ งใช้เวลาอีก 8-10 ปี การที่ยงั ไม่ มีแผนลงทุนก้ อนใหญ่ แปลว่ าปันผลจะโดดเด่ น โครงการในอนาคตของบริ ษทั ในระยะสั้นมีแค่โครงการพลังงานหมุนเวียนขนาดเล็กๆ ได้แก่ Chonburi Clean Energy (ผลิตไฟฟ้ าจากขยะขนาด 8MW) และ solar rooftop ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเหมราช และ อมตะระยอง (2MW) เท่านั้น เมื่อไม่มีโครงการขนาดใหญ่ที่ตอ้ งใช้งบลงทุนก้อนโตในปี 2561 เราจึงคาด ว่าบริ ษทั จะยังคงจ่ายปั นผลได้มากถึง 5.75 บาท/หุ้น จากกระแสเงินสดจากการดาเนินงานที่แข็งแกร่ ง ดังนั้น GLOW จึงน่ าจะยังคงเป็ นหุ ้นปั นผลตัว top ต่อไปในปี 2561 margin ถ่ านหินที่ลดลง และค่าความพร้ อมจ่ ายที่ลดลงของ GIPP จะกดดันผลประกอบการ เราปรับลดสมมติฐาน margin ถ่านหิ นลงตามแรงกดดันของราคาถ่านหิ นที่มีแนวโน้มสู งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ เรายังปรับสมมติฐานค่าความพร้ อมจ่ายของโรงไฟฟ้ า IPP ของ GLOW (GIPP)เป็ นลดลง 20% จากเดิมที่ เราให้ลดลง10% ดังนั้น เราจึงปรับประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี 2561-62 ของเราลง 6.4% และ 2.6% เหลือ 7.89 พันล้านบาท และ 7.92 พันล้านบาทตามลาดับ Valuation & Action เรายังคงคาแนะนาถือ และให้ราคาเป้ าหมาย DCF ปี 2561 ที่ 88.00 บาทถึงแม้จะเหลือ upside ถึงราคา เป้ าหมายของเราอีกแค่ 6.7% แต่เราคาดว่าอัตราผลตอบแทนจากเงินปั นผลของ GLOW จะสูงถึง 7.0% ในปี 2561 ซึ่งเป็ นระดับที่สูงที่สุดที่สุดในกลุ่มซึ่งคาดว่าจะอยูใ่ นช่วง 1.2-7.0% Risks ความล่าช้าในการจัดสรรกาลังการผลิตใหม่, การเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎเกณฑ์การทาธุรกิจของประเทศ, มีการ ปิ ดโรงไฟฟ้ า, และเกิดความล่าช้าในการก่อสร้างโครงการใหม่
