General Rules 1. You are requested to send the names of the participants in the three entry forms for different activities through E-mail ([email protected]) by 30 July’17. The school will bring the hard copy of the entry form on the day of the event, i.e. 10th Aug’17. 2. All schools must report on time for registration by 8:00 a.m. The competition will start 8:30 a.m. sharp. 3. All the participants must come in white uniform (without school logo). 4. All the participating school will perform on the basis of the order given to them at the time of registration. 5. The competition will be judged by a panel of eminent judges. The decision of the judges shall be the final and binding. 6. Participation certificates will be given to all the participants. 7. Students of each school should be accompanied by one teacher only. 8. The act may be prepared in Hindi, English or combination of both the languages. 9. Use of inappropriate gestures and languages will result in the disqualification of team. 10.Participants are free to bring any props (including stationeries like chart paper etc.) that they think will enhance their performance. No power point presentation, background music may be used to support the act. 11.Props- dimensions should not exceed the size of regular chart paper. 12.Performance is to be given in school uniform however accessories (like hat, tie, dupatta, scarf etc.) and light make up is allowed. 13. For each category there will be attractive prizes for winners. 14.Refreshment will be provided to the participants. 15. Students must wear school badges.

A concept paper must be prepared and made available along with a model. A concept paper should include the following sections:a) Objectives- Concept/ Basic Principle behind the model b) Material used c) Applications d) Cost Effectiveness 4) Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and removing their displays on the day of the fest. Centre won’t be held responsible for the models not collected. 5) Originality would be the basis for evaluation. 6) Don’t use thermocol for providing base or any external support to the model. 7) Bring a pre- assembled model.
