Thank you for accepting our invitation to participate in the Graduate & Professional School Fair on November 9, 2016. If you are not the person attending this event, please see that he/she gets this information. Please read carefully the following information relative to the Program. 1. Registration and booth setup will take place in the Alumni-Foundation Event Center at 10 a.m. 2. Loading/Unloading will be available on the side of the Alumni-Foundation Event Center close to the parking lot and new Health Center. Representatives are asked to move their vehicle as soon as possible. 3. Parking will be available in the Obermeyer Lot near the parking deck (no parking pass necessary). If you arrive early and are fortunate enough to find parking near the Alumni-Foundation Event Center, feel free to park there as long as it is not a reserved space or an illegal form of parking. Parking in reserved spaces is prohibited. You may be towed. A complimentary shuttle van designated “Career Fair” will pick-up and transport attendees to and from their vehicle if needed. The transport time frames are 9:30 a.m. – 12 noon and 2:30 – 4 p.m. If you have been waiting for the shuttle for more than 15 minutes, please call (336) 334-7755. 4. Lunch for participating representatives will be served from 11 – 11:45 a.m. The cost for lunch is included in the registration fee. 5. Student visitation will begin at Noon and end promptly at 3 p.m. 6.

Late Fees: A $25 late fee will apply to ALL registrations not paid by October 31, 2016. Late Registration fees paid on arrival MUST BE MADE VIA CHECK OR CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Keep in mind that non-payment by the due date may forfeit your space.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing and reach the Office of Career Services by close of business on Monday, October 31, 2016, in order to receive a refund and not be held liable for the registration fee. A completed W-9 form should be included to process the refund.
