Checklist Please use the following list to prepare your complete application. If any information is missing, inaccurate or incomplete, the application will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted for processing.
No application fee is required. One (1) original signed application. Signed Property Owner Permission Forms for sign parcels. Please refer to Mesquite Municipal Code (MMC) Section 9-10-5X.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 1. The number of signs must not exceed eight (8). 2. The area of each sign does not exceed three (3) square feet. 3. The maximum height of signs is four (4) feet. 4. Signs must be located at least twenty-five (25) feet from any other Temporary Directional Subdivision Signs. 5. Signs are setback at least five (5) feet from back of sidewalk, or back of curb if there is no sidewalk.
