Prospective applicant submits Form 1 & other requirements, particularly the capsule concept proposal, to the CU/CUs concerned and continues with exploratory meetings to define work & research engagement Terms of reference of employment and other plans, e.g., relocation, are discussed by the recruiting office & applicant, and applicant prepares full proposal

PhD/Post-PhD recruits start work & research engagement with the CU/CUs concerned

PhD/Post-PhD recruits are monitored for long term engagement with CU/CUs concerned, e.g., permanent employment, tenure, etc.
