I purchased a license. Where is the download link? As soon as your transaction is processed, you will immediately get the download link send to your email. If you did not receive the download instructions by e-mail, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder – it may have landed there. Most people receive the e-mail with download link within a few minutes. If you have not received a message with a download link within 20 minutes of your purchase, please check if your PayPal email is still active. Otherwise contact me on [email protected] and I will rectify the situation as quickly as possible. I received a notice from Youtube that the music I licensed from Jurrivh.com belongs to a third party (EXMGE Music). What do I do? Firstly, I apologize if this happens to you. I can assure you that all my music is 100% copyright clear. Using my music with a purchased license is 100% legal, and you are not doing anything wrong. My music has audio protection on Youtube so it is normal my network EXMGE claims it to be mine. The most efficient response is to simply counter the claim with the code you can find in your license contract. The claim will then be dropped as soon as possible. Can I use a downloaded instrumental for free? Yes, you can use my instrumentals for free on non-profitable projects or songs (for instance: projects for family & friends only). If you want to be able to monetize with my music you can purchase a license on my website. I offer 3 simple music license options: Standard License The Standard License covers many popular types of use, such as Internet videos, corporate videos, and all non-commercially distributed projects, including up to 5.000 units of a project intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for an unlimited number of projects, worldwide in perpetuity. The Standard License is also included when you purchase a Premium License. Premium License The Premium License covers advertising use in a single territory on TV, on the radio, in theaters, out of home, and at points of sale and industrial events. The Standard License covers many popular types of use, such as Internet videos, corporate videos, and all noncommercially distributed projects, including up to 10.000 units of a project intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for a single project in perpetuity. Professional License The Professional License covers advertising use in a single territory on TV, on the radio, in theaters, out of home, and at points of sale and industrial events. It also includes unlimited distribution worldwide of projects intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for a single project in perpetuity. The license permits usage of the music in a personal or professional context for yourself, your clients or your employer. Jurrivh.com music may not be sold by itself, transferred, bartered, traded, shared, leased, or given away to any other party and the license may not be subleased to a third party. My music cannot be resold except to the extent that is embedded in your own work as part of a finished end product. Does the instrumental I buy belong to me? No. You do not actually own the music. The copyright to the music remains to Jurrivh. Purchasing a license only allows you to use the music for your projects and purposes in accordance with the license agreement. Can I return a music file and get a refund? Once you have purchased and downloaded a music file, Jurrivh cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred.

Privacy Policy I fully understand and respect your online privacy. We have taken all the necessary steps to protect your personal information and ensure that your online security is not breached. I would like to assure you that: I never sell, share or rent my e-mail list. Your e-mail address is used exclusively by me to communicate with you when necessary (for example, if we experience a problem with your order) or if you have requested information. The credit card information provided when you purchase a product from me is processed through a separate website that features state-of-the-art protection and encryption processing system. Jurrivh.com does not store your credit card information on our server. I do not gather personal or individual information from visitors. However, I do gather general information.
