上記の記載事項に誤りの無いことを誓約し、名古屋外国語大学交換留学生奨学金を申請します。 奨学生として採用後は、以下の事項を遵守します。 I hereby certify that the above statements are true and correct, and apply for NUFS Exchange Student Scholarship.
