KITZINGER, E. A.

Officer was dispatched to 605 N Bell Ave for a criminal mischief report. The victim, Eric White stated he came out and noticed his inflatable Christmas themed globe was cut. Eric has cameras on his home and showed me the video. The video shows a male walk north on the west side of the street. The suspect goes to the corner and crosses walking south on the east side of the street. He walks down the sidewalk and as he approaches the victims decoration he cuts it with a object in his hand. The suspect was a white male with a beard wearing a light colored jacket with light sleeves. The sleeves had two horizontal stripes about half way up. He was wearing a dark colored mask when he cut the globe. He had put the mask on when he crossed the street to walk south. White was given a case number for the report. He advised he does not have issues with anyone and had not seen the suspect before.
