Setting the Student Grades for the entire Gradebook If you have an assignment that you want to give everyone the same grade except a few students you can easily set the base score for the entire roster for that assignment and then edit the students who will receive a different grade individually. Follow the below example to accomplish this. I have created an assignment worth 10 points.
Now I click on any cell in the column to highlight it. Go to Actions > Manage Students and Scores > Set Current Column to any score value (all students) This will appear at the top of the gradebook
I will enter in the value of 10 and then click Set Value. This will automatically fill in all of the scores for every student in my gradebook.
Now I can click on the individual students that I need to edit without having to enter all the scores one at a time. To edit the student score I highlight the cell of the assignment for the student and then click on the Edit Score/Comment for Current Cell icon and edit the grade.
