Event ประชุมนักวิเคราะห์ และปรับประมาณการ lmpact การขายสิ นทรัพย์ ทาให้ มูลค่ าหุ้นเพิม่ ขึน้ บริ ษทั เปิ ดเผยว่าได้ขายหุ ้น 49% ในโครงการ Masinloc power plant project (MPPCL) ออกไปเมื่อวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2560 และขายหุ้น 18.7% ใน Eastern Water Resource Development and Management (EASTW.BK/EASTW TB) ออกไปเมื่อวันที่ 19 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 โดยเรามีมุมมองที่เป็ นบวกกับสองดีล นี้ ซึ่ งจะช่วยทาให้มูลค่าหุ ้น EGCO เพิ่มขึ้นถึง 18 บาท/หุ ้น มีกาไรจากการขายหุ้น 1.24 หมื่นล้านบาท และจะทาให้บริ ษทั มีเงินสดในมือก้อนโตสาหรับการลงทุนในอนาคต แต่อย่างไรก็ตามเราคาดว่ากาไร จากธุรกิจหลักจะถูกกระทบในปี 2561-62 เนื่ องจากขาดส่ วนแบ่งกาไรจาก MPPCL และ EASTW ไป ดังนั้น เราจึงปรับลดประมาณการกาไรจากธุรกิจหลักในปี 2561-62 ลง 8.3-12.6% ทั้งนี้ เราคาดว่าบริ ษทั ยังจะได้อานิ สงส์จากค่าใช้จ่ายดอกเบี้ยที่ลดลงด้วย เพราะคาดว่าบริ ษทั จะนาเงินสดบางส่ วนไปชาระคืน สิ นเชื่อธนาคาร การขายหุ้นทาให้ มีความสามารถในการลงทุนเพิม่ ขึน้ เราประเมินว่าบริ ษทั จะได้เงินสดสุ ทธิ จากการขายหุ ้นสองรายการประมาณ 3.0 หมื่นล้านบาท (MPPCL 2.7 หมื่นล้านบาท และ EASTW 3.2 พันล้านบาท) ซึ่งเงินสดในมือก้อนโตนี้จะช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพของ EGCO ในการเข้าลงทุนในโครงการใหม่ๆ เมื่อพิจารณาจากเงินสด 3.0 หมื่นล้านบาท และสัดส่ วน หนี้สินต่อทุนของการลงทุนใหม่ที่ 75:25 และเม็ดเงินลงทุนต่อ MW ที่ประมาณ 30-100 ล้านบาท เรา ประเมินว่าบริ ษทั จะสามารถลงทุนเพิม่ ได้อีกถึง 1,200 - 4,000MW ซึ่งโครงการลงทุนใหม่จะกลายเป็ น upside ให้กบั ราคาเป้ าหมายของเรา มีตัวเลือกการลงทุนให้ เลือกมักมาย บริ ษทั ไม่ได้มองหาโอกาสการลงทุนแค่ใน platform ที่มีอยูใ่ นปัจจุบนั อย่างประเทศไทย ฟิ ลิปปิ นส์ ลาว อินโดนีเซี ย และออสเตรเลียเท่านั้น แต่ยงั มองหาในที่อื่นๆ ในภูมิภาคด้วยอย่างเช่น เวียดนาม เมียนมาร์ กัมพูชา ไต้หวัน และอินเดีย ด้วย โดยบริ ษทั มองเห็นโอกาสมากมาย ซึ่ งส่ วนใหญ่จะเป็ นโครงการ พลังงานหมุนเวียน จากการที่บริ ษทั มีเงินสดในมือก้อนใหญ่ และมีศกั ยภาพในการกูเ้ พิม่ ได้อีก เราจึงเชื่ อ ว่ามีโอกาสสู งที่บริ ษทั จะสามารถเข้าลงทุนในโครงการใหม่ๆ ได้ Valuation & Action เราประเมินราคาเป้ าหมาย DCF ปี 2561 ที่ 278 บาทโดยได้รวมมูลค่าที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากธุรกรรมขายหุ ้นสอง รายการข้างต้นไว้แล้ว ซึ่ งจากราคาปิ ดล่าสุ ด ยังเหลือ upside ถึงราคาเป้ าหมายของเราอีก 16.3% และราคา หุ้นก็คิดเป็ น PER ปี 61 แค่ 12.8x ซึ่งต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มที่ 22.1x อย่างมาก ถึงแม้วา่ การเติบโตของ กาไรจากธุรกิจหลักจะไม่น่าสนใจในปี นี้ แต่เราเชื่ อว่าศักยภาพของบริ ษทั ในการเข้าลงทุนโครงการ ใหม่ๆ จะช่วยให้มี upside จากประมาณการของเรา ดังนั้น เราจึงยังคงคาแนะนาซื้อ Risks มีการปิ ดโรงไฟฟ้ านอกแผน และเกิดความล่าช้าในงานก่อสร้างโครงการใหม่ Key financials and valuations
