will deliver an alluring presentation on astronomy, life in the universe, and the eclipse.

David Grinspoon is a bona fide space-nerd superstar, author and astrobiologist and an award-winning musician and entertainer. Grinspoon has been honored with the title “Alpha Geek” by Wired Magazine. His live appearances combine riveting, thoughtprovoking science with comedy, music and pop-culture references. He has appeared on stage with Bill Nye, Neil deGrasse Tyson and comedian Sara Silverman. Outside of his travels, he serves as a Senior Scientist at the Planetary Science Institute who works with NASA on space exploration projects.

Event Timeline 7pm-8pm Ride the scenic chair lift up to Snow King Summit. 7:30pm-8:30pm Enjoy galactic hors d’oeuvres with an open wine and beer bar by Bistro Catering. Listen to live music with Tasha and the Goodfellows and get an autographed picture with NASA Astronaut Scott Altman. 8:30pm-9:15pm Be mesmerized by an alluring presentation from Dr. David Grinspoon followed by an exclusive showing of ‘Dark Universe’, giving you a glimpse of the exciting future of cosmic exploration. 9:30pm-11pm Stand under the stars with astronomy educators from Wyoming Stargazing and the valley’s best views of Jupiter, Saturn, star clusters, nebulae, and far off galaxies. 10pm-11pm Ride the lift back down the mountain.
