EACH partners with South Cover Manor to have Educational Forums On September 29, 2016 EACH and our newest partner South Cover Manor held an educational forum on Cardiovascular Disease presented by Dr. Charles His. Residents learned about cardiovascular disease and ways to manage it. We have two more forums scheduled, please see our upcoming events for details .

EACH launches Healthy Eating Classes for Seniors With the support of Harvard Pilgrim Foundation, EACH has completed two Healthy eating classes for seniors in Quincy and Boston. Participants enjoyed learning ways to prepare food in a healthy way and even enjoyed a meal sponsored by the Harvard Pilgrim Foundation. Classes were held at Manet and East Symphony. Our next class will be held November 16, 2016 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at 109 Curtis Ave, Quincy. Please call our office for more details.
