UTAH STATE BAR ELECTS SNELL & WILMER PARTNER MARK O. MORRIS TO BOARD OF BAR COMMISSIONERS SALT LAKE CITY (May 23, 2017) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Mark O. Morris, a partner in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, has been elected to the Utah State Bar Board of Bar Commissioners, Third Division. Morris will be sworn in at the Utah State Bar Summer Convention, July 27, and will serve for a three-year term. The Utah State Bar is an organization comprised of Utah’s 12,500 lawyers and judges whose vision is a just legal system that is understood, valued and accessible to all. As a bar commissioner, Morris’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing policies to fulfill obligations of the Utah State Bar, serving on various commission committees and acting as a liaison between sections, committee and local bars.
