Senior Check List GRAD NIGHT PARTY, June 11, 2017 Party tickets will be sold through the night of June 7. Online registration (Grad Night info on the PTO web page) Hard copy registration forms are available in the main office on the Senior Tower. Return completed forms and payment to the main office. For financial assistance information, contact Kim Enquist at [email protected] BUS SIGN UPS The final Grad Party bus sign ups are Friday, June 2 during lunches. Seniors must be registered to attend the party to sign up. Registrations will be accepted during bus sign ups. Students who register for the Grad Night Party after the signs ups are over will be assigned a bus. CAP & GOWN A cap and gown are required to participate in the graduation ceremony. If you have ordered a cap and gown but have not yet received it, please contact Jostens ASAP at 503-690-7488. You can also email Dan Peters at [email protected]. If you have financial considerations, please contact Mr. Healy at 503-356-2890. YEARBOOKS Yearbooks will be distributed during Summer Splurge, Friday, June 2. Students who did not pre-purchase a book can do so in the business office for $75, cash or check only, while supplies last. CHECK OUT Seniors should pick up their check out packet from the main office, collect the appropriate signatures on the check out card (including returning their Chromebook), and return the completed card to the office to receive 8 Graduation Tickets. CHROMEBOOK TURN IN Seniors who have a BSD Chromebook can turn them in when they are no longer needed. All remaining [senior] Chromebooks will be turned in during Advisory on Tuesday, June 6. -Chromebooks should be fully charged in preparation for summer upgrades and storage, and students will need to demonstrate that the Chromebook is working. -Chromebooks should be clean and free from any stickers besides the SRHS sticker it came with. It is ok to wipe Chromebooks with a barely-damp cloth; DO NOT use any

chemicals or spray liquid on the Chromebook! -Chargers must be returned; a $20 fee will be expected for missing chargers. Seniors will not be able to complete their Check Out or receive their graduation tickets until all school property, including their Chromebooks, are checked in and outstanding fees/fines are paid. GRADUATION TICKETS Grads who would like more than 8 tickets should talk to fellow grads who will not be using all their tickets. On June 7, following the graduation rehearsal, students can contact Mr. Healy to request 1 or 2 additional tickets, pending availability.
